Working independently or with the client’s architect, interior space planning to maximise the living space to ensure a design flow with the architecture of the property. They produce full technical drawings for all aspects of the design including bathroom design schematics, kitchen design schematics, and bespoke joinery. They focus on every design detail to suit the client’s lifestyle needs whilst working with the architectural requirements of the property.
Project Management & Design Management
Every facet of project and budget management services, assisting the client through the key design decisions throughout the project from selection of finishes and fittings, coordination of specialist packages, and decisions on build variations on site.
As Project Managers, Vasari London manage the entire design, procurement and build process whilst working alongside their clients to ensure the design vision has been delivered. We work closely with the build team and client to take a project from concept to completion as smoothly and efficiently as possible, whilst recognising the constraints of scope, time and budget. Vasari London oversee and manage the tender process to ensure the client achieves the best value and quality for their project. They source and co-ordinate the best contractors, specialist tradesmen and craftsmen to deliver the specific requirements of each project. They have knowledge and experience of working with listed buildings, new build properties, and full-scale refurbishment projects
